Booking Information: Terms and Conditions of Stay
One nights accommodation is required as a deposit upon booking.
Minimum booking conditions for weekends is 2 nights
Minimum booking conditions for long weekends is 3 nights
Minimum booking conditions for Easter is 4 nights
Minimum booking conditions for Christmas to New Year is 4 nights
(Please note no departure/arrivals is allowed on Jan 1st it must be a check-out on the 2nd of Jan and no check-out or check-in on Christmas Day.)

Note - all Long Weekend, Easter & Xmas bookings must be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy-

A deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required to confirm your booking within 7 days of booking or your booking may be cancelled. Your deposit will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $30 if received in writing 14 days prior to arrival. You will forfeit your deposit if cancelled closer than 14 days. If cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date you will be liable for the total cost of your booking. However, if we can re-book the said dates you will only be required to pay the cancellation fee. (Note - All xmas holiday bookings must be paid two weeks prior to arrival)

Cleaning Policy -

If a chalet is left in an excessive dirty state above normal cleaning you will be charged for the extra cleaning, eg: dirty dishes etc.

Any damage to the chalets will be charged for.

Late departures -

If cleaners are kept waiting after 10.30am on your departure morning you will be charged $25 per hour unless prior arrangements have been made with Yelverton Brook.

Late check-out may be avaliable @ $25 per hour after 10am depending on bookings, prior arrangements are essential.

Check-in is after 2pm, Departure by 10am unless by prior arrangement.

Other Conditions & Extras -

No pets are allowed.
Chalets are non-smoking but a smokers pot is provided on the patio area.
Pre-paid vouchers can be arranged for special occasions.

History- This is truly a labour of love from a 100ac virgin bush block in 1988 to 16yrs on with 5 luxury eco-energy efficient chalets in a beautiful natural setting plus manager’s quarters. Lovingly crafted & hand-built by the owners blood, sweat and tears from the pre-plumbing to the handmade mudbricks to the curtains. Simon is a Shipwright/Boatbuilder by trade hence the watertight fit!

In 2006 they are now protecting their gift by finsihing the predator proof fence around the whole 100acs or 2.4km’s with feral proof fencing and turning the whole property into a “Conservation Sanctuary” specialising in a safe release site for native wildlife and return the bushland to an “ Eden status” for local fauna. Breeding the Woylies or also know as Brushtailed Bettongs show there comittment to preserving local native fauna and re-establishing predated fauna back into a protected area.
